Fitment Requirements

• Minimum 4.5" clearance required behind the center of the hitch pin hole for proper Wedge Lock operation.
• Minimum 8" clearance required from hitch receiver to the bottom of the rear door or tailgate.
• Receiver opening should be flush with the rear bumper or recessed no more than 1.5".
• Maximum supported tire size is 38" on full-size vehicles.
• Not compatible with the Wilco Hitchgate Accessory Plate.

Maintenance Requirements

• Periodically inspect and tighten pivot hardware to 60–70 ft-lbs.
• Apply grease to pivot shaft periodically, especially in wet or snowy climates.
• Inspect Delrin washers and T-handle bushings for wear and replace as necessary.
