We hope you're thrilled with your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our return policies below and contact us to begin a return on your in-store or online purchase. Our team is ready to assist with any questions you have.

Return Policy:
- All return requests must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
- Returns made within 7 days of the original purchase date or the date when the item was received may qualify for a full refund or store credit if the product is undamaged in its original packaging.
- Returns made within 30 days of the original purchase date or the date when the item was received may qualify for a partial refund or store credit if the product is undamaged in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges made after 30 days from the original purchase date or the date when the item was received.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns or exchanges made after 7 days from the original purchase or the date when the item was received.
- Sleeping and bedding items as well as other items with hygiene concerns must be unopened in the original packaging in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Electrical items such as batteries and other components must be unopened in the original packaging in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards, personalized or installed items, labor costs, and clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for refund or store credit.
- Special orders through our suppliers are not eligible for refund or store credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Canceled Orders & Address Changes:
Once your tracking number is created, you are responsible for shipping charges incurred due to address changes or canceled orders.
Any canceled orders pre-shipping may be charged a 3.5% administration fee. This charge is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing the initial payment and subsequent refund.
If your order includes large items needing to be palletized such as roof top tents or roof racks, you are also responsible for additional shipping charges incurred in the event the LTL carrier is unable to contact you to schedule delivery, is unable to complete the delivery due to an address being inaccessible by freight truck, or if there is no one present to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
Damaged Shipments:
Whenever possible, inspect your package / order to ensure that there are no damages before accepting delivery. If you determine the product is damaged upon visual inspection, take pictures, reject the delivery, and notify us as soon as possible at info@expeditionsuperstore.com.
If the packaging is damaged, but you are unsure if the product is damaged, take pictures, obtain an Exception Number from the driver, and notify us as soon as possible at info@expeditionsuperstore.com. Regardless of the condition of the packaging, please inspect your product and notify us within three days of any concealed damages. When you accept a damaged shipment, you are responsible for shipping expenses.
Expedition Superstore is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
Shipping Your Return:
Return Material Authorization Number (Required): A Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number is an important step in our online return process that helps us manage and track returns efficiently.
If you need to return an item, contact us to submit a return request. If your order is eligible for return, we’ll issue you a unique RMA number, which should be included on your package's return label. Returned orders missing an RMA number on the return label will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Please use a shipping service that offers shipment tracking when shipping your return.
