Returns & Exchanges

In Store Purchases & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

    • Returns within 10 days of original purchase date, in new condition and in original packaging, may qualify for a full refund or store credit
    • Returns within 30 days of original purchase date, in new condition and in original packaging, may qualify for a refund or credit at our discretion less a 20% restocking fee
    • All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt
    • Gift cards, installed product, personalized or customer-made items, custom or special-order items, bedding, clearance or final sale items, and personal hygiene items are not returnable or refundable
    • No refunds on labor

Credit Card Usage

To keep our prices reasonable for all customers, we impose a convenience fee of 3% on all transactions or purchase over $4,000.00 dollars. Payments made with a cashier's check or cash are required to avoid this 3% fee.

In Store Deposits & Refunds

If a refund is requested for a deposit payment, please note that a 3.5% charge may be applied to cover credit card transaction fees. This charge is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing the initial payment and subsequent refund.

Special Orders

Non-stocking items require 50% non-refundable deposit prior to ordering. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Online Sales & Returns

Due to the size of many of the products we ship, our shipping and return policies differ from other online stores. Please familiarize yourself with the policy before placing your order. We reserve the right to update and change this policy at any time.


Canceled Orders & Address Changes


Any canceled orders pre-shipping may be charged a 3.5% administration fee. This charge is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing the initial payment and subsequent refund.

For orders shipping Less Than Truckload (LTL), once your tracking number is issued, you are responsible for charges due to address changes or canceled orders. Depending on the situation, these charges can range between $50 to $500, plus a 20% restocking fee if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Receiving & Inspecting Your Order


For LTL shipment, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Storage/holding fees may be incurred if you do not respond promptly. Before you accept delivery of the product(s) from an LTL carrier, ensure that there are no damages. If you determine the product is damaged upon visual inspection, take pictures, reject the delivery, and contact us as soon as possible. If the packaging is damaged, but you are unsure if the product is damaged, take pictures, obtain an Exception Number from the driver, and notify us as soon as possible. Regardless of the condition of the packaging, please inspect your product and notify us within three days of any concealed damages. When you accept a damaged shipment, you are responsible for shipping expenses. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Within seven (7) business days of receipt, regardless of the carrier, please inspect your order to ensure you received everything you expected. If you find damages or defects, contact us within seven (7) days of receipt. We will assist in getting the product returned or replaced. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Returns & Return Material Authorization (RMA)


We accept returns up to 10 days from receipt. The following applies to returns:

    • All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt
    • Items must be in original unopened and resalable condition to be eligible for return
    • We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria
    • In-store credit may be applied for returned items that meet the above criteria
    • A 20% restocking fee may be applied to cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item for future sale
    • You are responsible for return shipping expenses

Contact us for Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please use the address provided below. Packages without an RMA number on the return label will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please use shipping services that offer tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping, and this could affect the amount of your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
