The Leitner ACS FORGED Extra Load Bar Kit is designed for overlanders who carry heavier gear or need wider support for items like rooftop tents, kayaks, or lumber. While the ACS FORGED rack comes standard with two 60" load bars, adding a third ensures maximum stability. For those needing more width, Leitner also offers 84" load bars as either replacements or add-ons with hardware. Built strong with dual-stage powder-coated brackets and grade 10.9 hardware, these bars are engineered to perform under the toughest conditions.

Options
- 60" Load Bar: Add a third bar for rooftop tents and heavy gear
- 84" Load Bar: Replace existing bars or add for wider support (sold with or without hardware)
Note: Load bars are fixed in place. They do not slide and do not include quick-release knobs.
