The Diode Dynamics SS5 LED Pod is engineered to deliver the highest light output of any 5" LED pod on the market. This combo beam version blends flood and driving optics to provide full field illumination with long-range projection. Thanks to proprietary TIR optics and advanced LED technology, the SS5 Sport delivers extreme output with reduced glare and wasted light.
Its custom-molded TIR optic acts as both the lens and optic, minimizing output loss and increasing overall intensity. From tight trails to open highways, this pod provides the versatility and clarity you need for any application.
Beam Pattern: Combo
The combo beam is a dual-function light pattern that combines focused driving optics with wide-angle flood optics. It delivers a powerful 30x20-degree driving beam down the center, with 70x30-degree flood fill from the top and bottom sections. This makes the SS5 Combo ideal for all-around performance – punch through the darkness and light up your peripheral surroundings at once.
Selectable Backlight Function
Customize your look with a selectable backlight in eight unique color options. Switching between colors is easy—just toggle the power. No complex controllers or apps required. The backlight fully illuminates the SS5’s internal TIR optic, creating a powerful visual signature day or night.
