Expedition Superstore Returns

Expedition Superstore will accept returns for up to 30 days after the item was purchased OR shipped. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

• Item needs to be in the original packaging
• 20% restocking fee will apply
• Due to hygiene concerns items of bedding will not be accepted for return unless they are unopened and in the original packaging

How to return an item

• Email info@expeditionsuperstore.com with your order number / Copy of original receipt and reason for return
• If accepted Expedition Superstore will issue an RMA Number to authorize return
• Returns without RMA number will be rejected
• Send item prepaid back to Expedition Superstore addressed as below
